It was hazy but cloudless in the afternoon, so at least there was a chance for some non-mediocre pictures.	08-Apr-2005    5:08.34 PM	08-Apr-2005    5:10.53 PM This picture gives some hint at the explosion of blossoms that adorns the trees during "mankai" (full bloom). I often like to sit along the river in this area, just to listen to the water gurgle. This is the first time I've seen the tree if full bloom, and it's quite nice. The land we bought is directly across the river from it. Compare to December.
08-Apr-2005    5:47.21 PM A few of the trees were catching the last rays of sunlight, but mostly, the brilliant beauty of the blossoms goes away with the sun. Still, compare with this dreary pic and this snowy one.
