26-Nov-2005    9:14.00 AM I think that this is a fantastic shot (it's actually a composite of several shots, to get rid of some other tourists who were in the way). The criss-crossed patterns in the gravel are merely wet areas. I don't know how they went about wetting the ground in this way, but the effect is really beautiful. Ryouan Temple, Kyoto.
