A huge (7,400 x 1,888 pixel) panorama of the courtyard at the Heian Shrine, Kyoto Japan. I stitched this together from four shots (one, two, three, and four) with Photoshop -- a task I'm not really very good at. Perhaps someone else could do a better job?
