We made a morning trip to the Ryouan Temple, which we'd visited during the summer. I thought it'd be super-crowded with those enjoying the fall colors (just as the Nanzen temple is ultra-crowded), but it was actually less crowded than last time! These were some trees overlooking the hedge at the back end of the little parking lot.
