The zoo that is Maruyama Park. Maruyama Park has 600+ cherry trees, and is capable of being quite beautiful, but at high tourist times like now, it's a horrible place, filled with smoking drunk salary men sitting on blue vinal tarps eating boxed lunches that they likely leave behind with the rest of their junk, tour guides leading throngs of people through the area, cheap food stands that plague festivals and other nice places where crowds gather, and general ugliness.
